Randy Jurado Ertll is the executive director of El Centro de Accion Social in Pasadena, CA. He is an alumnus of A Better Chance Scholarship program (John Marshal High School in Rochester, MN) and he graduated from Occidental College (Majored in Politics and minor in Spanish).

He has worked for the California League of Conservation Voters (CLCV), Central American Resources Center (CARECEN), Congresswoman Hilda Solis in Washington, D.C., Salvadoran American National Network, Pasadena Unified School District, and has published numerous opinion columns in newspapers such as the Los Angeles Times, La Opinion, San Diego Union Tribune, Pasadena Weekly, Pasadena Star-News, La Prensa Grafica and the Houston Chronicle, and has been interviewed by networks such as NPR, CNN, PBS, Univision, and Telemundo.
